Last monday Stijn from Stijncycles joined us for a ride in Leuven.
Of course he showed off with his black beauty and explored the obstackles from

CFL 2009
Next sunday, Dec.20th, Studio Brussels is organising a ride-in as part of the Music For Life 2009 campaign against Malaria in the world.
The idea is that you do laps around the Eddy Merckx velodrome in Ghent and pay for it. The more people come over, the better the fund raising will be. Plus, it’ll be HEAPS of fun!
Everybody is welcome, from beginners to pista experts. You don’t even have to own a bike! All you need to bring is a pair of (cycling) shoes and a pair of pedals, and a bike will be provided for you!

This saturday evening the good lads at Dealer Bikes will be organising an awesome event! We’ve already been spoiled this year by the excellent event the boys from Brussels had put together (review), and it looks like we’re in for another great treat!
There will be an alley cat, a drag race, skid comp, street Keirin and who knows what other goodies!
On top of that the Dealer cru are showing us the Belgian premiere of the kick-ass movie ‘The Revival’. Obviously in a pub so we’ll be enjoying a few cold ones while we watch the madness unfold. FGF style!
Today is the LAST day to enroll for this event so if you haven’t done so get crackin’ cuz you don’t want to miss this for all the hookers in the world! Registration info can be found on the dealer website!

UPDATE:
The event was a great success! Although the weather was shitty to the max, lotsa people turned up and rode hard. Some didn’t but drank hard instead:) We saw the movie together and I’m getting the feeling that the fixed riders in Belgium are getting along quite nicely. There is definitely something brewing and that’s all the better for the future of fixed cycling in this lil’ ol’ country!

Finally, the first shop in Belgium who’s gonna sell some nice bikes and parts is known. Spoofed already by the header on their blog, now confirmed! Our friends from A Cut Above will stock Dodici frames and parts from 31th october on! Big Up! This will probably get more people involved in Antwerp!
